Prior to joining AFS Partnership, Mr. Mahendra worked as a Legal Dept. Head in a publicly listed telecommunication infrastructure company owned by one of Indonesia's leading private equity group. Mr. Mahendra has been actively involved in drafting term sheets, loan agreements, restructuring agreements, security documents, public offerings, and commercial litigation and has handled clients from various sectors and industries.
